We kindly request a 5 hour notice prior to your treatment for cancellations. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any treatments cancelled less than 5 hours prior to the appointment time.

A small call-out fee will be charged – depending on location.

Minimum treatment value to the total of R650 per therapist.

Please be in your location venue 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Being late will result in a reduction of treatment time – let’s be honest, nobody wants LESS pampering time.

Please provide parking for your therapist as close to the entrance as possible as they carry heavy equipment.

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone with their preferred time and date, nothing is guaranteed with last minute bookings. We encourage you to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We believe that location is key to setting the mood for your ultimate relaxation. Being outdoors definitely ticks all the boxes and we do love soaking up some sunshine. However, our massage oils and outfits do not.

If you would like your treatment done outdoors, please select an area that is fully shaded all day. Here’s to youthful skin for longer!

For any group bookings (4 or more people) a 50% deposit is required. Payment can be made in cash or EFT (provided it is from a South African bank account – a proof of payment is also required).
